Flubromazepam powder is a long-lasting psychoactive drug of the benzodiazepine class which produces anxiolytic, sedative, muscle relaxant, depressant and amnesic effects.

Flubromazepam is a derivative of benzodiazepine which was developed in 1962, but was never studied or marketed until it became known as a research chemical. The systematic or IUPAC name for Flubromazepam is 7-bromo-5-(2-fluorophenyl)-1,3-dihydro-1,4-benzodiazepin-2-one.

It is an analogue of phenazepam wherein the chlorine atom has been replaced by a fluorine atom. Flubromazepam has been named for the fluorine and bromine substitutions on its core benzodiazepine skeleton.
