1P-LSD also known as 1-propionyl-lysergic acid diethylamide is a psychedelic drug of the lysergamide class that is a derivative and functional analogue of LSD and a homologue of ALD-52.

1P-LSD is chemically related to LSD and is reported to produce near-identical effects. Little is known about the pharmacology of 1P-LSD, but it likely produces its psychedelic effects by acting on serotonin receptors in the brain.
